Tournament Reimbursement

Answer

West County CYC Recreational Tournament (Grades 3-8):

Ascension will cover the cost of one tournament per team, per season, up to $200
This decision is typically made by the head coach with input from his/her team

City County Tournament (Grades 5-8)

Eligibility depends on both division designation and standing within the divisionTeams have not been allowed to participate in both tournaments due to conflicting schedules
These tournaments are typically played in March and April
Please contact the Ascension Program Director, if interested in playing

For reimbursement, the head coach should complete the Tournament Reimbursement form.
